Out West Fashions offers 100% customer satisfaction for all merchandise.
We want every one of our customers to be completely
satisfied with their purchase. If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase,
simply return it, in new condition with all tags within 30 days for credit or
exchange. We cannot give credit or exchanges on custom made or hand tailored
products. This would include any products that have initialing, custom colors or
sizing. Cowhide
products, leather products, and antler products are natural products thus the
color, shape, texture, and shade of these products may vary from those pictured
on our website.
Low Price Guarantee
If you find an identical item priced lower at a different online store, Out West
Fashions will beat that price by $5. (Price match includes shipping and handling
price from competitor’s price being matched). Price matching only qualifies for
phone or pre-authorized orders only.
Free Shipping
on all orders over $100.00
Out West Fashions offers Free Shipping on all orders over $100.00 shipped
within the continental United States...that's the lower 48 states. If you
require shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or overseas, please call or email
for shipping quotes. We ship most of our orders by UPS Ground. We do ship some
of the smaller shipments by USPS. So please be sure to provide both addresses if
they are different. For larger, heavier shipments we will ship items like
furniture with a freight company of our choice.
Express Shipping
Express shipping is available at an
additional cost. Please call or email for express shipping prices. Most of our
orders are mailed out the same or next day on in stock items.
Promotional Offers
Any promotional offers that we do, we will provide a promotional code that must
be entered in when ordering. Customers can not use more than one coupon code per
order or two different promotional offers for the same order.
Sales Tax
Sales tax is only charged for orders shipped to addresses within the state of
Missouri.
Returns/Exchanges with invoice
1. Please contact us first to let us know of any returns either by email or
phone.
2. Please send with all tags attached within 30 days via UPS,
Insured US Mail, or other insured service to:

3. Please allow a minimum 7-10 business days for us to receive
and process your return or exchange.
4. Out West Fashions will not accept any packages that are
shipped COD. We will not accept returns of altered or custom merchandise. We
will not accept returns of any items that have undergone any form of cleaning
process.
5. Our customer is responsible for shipping charges to and from
our facility even if your order qualified for free shipping to you. Exchanges
for damaged items are shipped back to our customers, standard shipping, free of
charge. Exchanges for a different item will be charged a small handling fee.
